  1. i.Smooth on. A thin layer over neck, shoulders, back or legs.
  2. ii.Feel it. Cool first, then a gentle warmth.
  3. iii.Carry on. Never sticky. The herbal scent fades in about fifteen minutes.
From plant to formula

Seven botanicals, one balance.

Around 60 to 100 kg of arnica flowers go into each kilogram of arnica extract. A formula begins with the plant and is decided by proportion.

50− or 50+: which one is for me?

50− has a more noticeable cool-to-warm feel. 50+ is gentler and made for mature or sensitive skin. Many people keep one of each.
