Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in Singapore only.

Where your order ships from
YourZone is made in New Zealand, and Singapore orders are packed and sent from our warehouse in Taiwan by tracked international courier.
When your order ships
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
How long delivery takes
Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, including customs clearance. It can take longer during sale periods, public holidays or customs delays.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Import charges
The price you pay at checkout is what you pay. If anyone asks you to pay an import charge for an order from us, please contact us before paying and we will sort it out.
Address and missed deliveries
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can resend it once you pay the delivery fee again.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@yourzone.sg with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery.
